Stonehill College’s Alumni Affairs office maintains an extensive collection of event collateral, campus supplies, and Reunion materials across multi-room facilities. This spatial wayfinding and digital inventory system pairs scaled architectural sketching with vector mapping in Adobe Illustrator to fuse physical asset management with intuitive visual navigation. By establishing a color-coded hierarchy, categorization key, and cloud-accessible layout on OneDrive, the project transformed disorganized, multi-tier storage into an efficient, searchable logistical resource for departmental staff.
